Ferrell Fuller is the President and CEO of ChaceTech. After attending Southern Methodist University, he built his career from the ground up, serving as a network administrator, systems administrator, systems engineer, and IT director.
Over the years, Ferrell has worked inside leading engineering and technology companies, where he led teams on complex technology projects, large-scale implementations, migrations and innovative applications. Today, he brings that depth of expertise and leadership to ChaceTech, guiding the company’s mission to deliver dependable and forward-thinking IT solutions.

Lori Fuller is the Chief Operations Officer and Managing Partner of ChaceTech. She ensures operations run seamlessly and that clients receive reliable, people-focused technology support. With nearly 25 years of experience in technology, education, and customer service, she brings a unique balance of technical expertise and organizational leadership to ChaceTech.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Stephen F. Austin State University majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Technology Applications. Lori Blends technical knowledge with a strong background in training, process improvement, and team development. Her ability to simplify complex systems and create efficient processes makes her a driving force behind ChaceTech’s operational excellence.

In addition to her professional work, Lori is currently serving on her 2nd board of directors in her career and volunteers on multiple committees for more than 15 years with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, one of the largest volunteer-driven events in the world. As the Vice Chairman on the HLSR Information Technology Committee, she oversees and provides training and technical support to thousands of volunteers.
